tokuAsia Pictures was established in 2012 by a group of friends, driven by a shared interest in films and television programmes, particularly in the Japanese Tokusatsu superhero genre.
With a strong track record and focus on cultural and educational works, we have been commissioned to produce scripted and factual content for a wide variety of businesses, artists educational and government organisations in Singapore and around the world.
Since 2017, we have been developing a slate of quality original programming for the global market that integrates Asian-centric philosophy, culture and heritage. Our latest micro-documentary, “We Are Singapore: The Journey of a Song and a Nation”, was screened in schools nationwide in 2018 as part of a special CCE programme.
We hope to launch Sacred Guardian Singa, our first superhero action drama series, in 2019-2020.
